What quality do I get?

My download has no sound — why?
Some sites publish their sharpest picture track without audio. The app detects this: the best quality with sound is pre-selected, and when only soundless tracks exist the main button automatically merges HD picture with audio for you. Soundless options are tagged “🔇 no sound”, and the ♪ button always grabs the soundtrack separately.
The download failed — what should I do?
Wait a minute and try again — busy networks (YouTube especially) throttle requests temporarily. If a link keeps failing, the post is likely private, deleted, or age-restricted.
Why does a link say “no video found”?
Either the URL isn’t a valid video link, the post has only photos/text, or it’s private, deleted, or age-restricted.
Download doesn’t start on iPhone / Safari?
Safari blocks programmatic blobs sometimes. Tap “Copy direct link”, open it in a new tab, then use Share → Save to Files / Save Video.
Can I download just the audio / MP3?

What about photos and carousels?
